1: Can you give me some help & advise as to what PC I should order?
A: Here at Viper Gaming we help our customers design the custom built PC of their choice by guiding them every step of the way. We aim to make our website as informative as possible and the upgrades options we offer are designed to ensure that you can customise your PC but at the same time are not bogged down with too much information. 2: What components do we use in your PC builds?
A: We only use the highest quality PC components in all of our PC builds, this is to ensure that you will be receiving the highest quality PC available to you. All our PC’s come with recognised Tier 1 branded gaming components such as; BFG, Sapphire, Zotac, MSI, Coolermaster, Corsair, OCZ, Thermaltake, ASUS, Western Digital, Maxtor & Seagate to name a few. With the above manufacturers at the centre of your system you can be assured that it will be one of the best performing PC’s on the market.

3: Why should I buy my PC from Viper Gaming?
A: We at Viper Gaming are Computer Gaming Enthusiasts, we take great care & pride with the production of every PC that leaves our Warehouse. Our PC Systems are also very competitively priced; they may be hundred of pounds cheaper than the machines on the high street, yet still use more expensive components along with much better performance giving you excellent value for money.
Attention to detail is key for our Gaming Builds, as we are Gamers here we know the importance to ensure that your Systems Drivers are all up to date and correct. Before any of our Gaming Systems are shipped out they have all of the latest Drivers installed, they are Benchtested for 24 hours & tweaked to give optimum performance so you know once you receive your machine – You can get straight into Gaming!

4: Where can my order be shipped to?
A: We will ship your order anywhere within the UK. Some people like to have their goods shipped to a work or neighbours address – this is not a problem but please bear in mind that the goods will need to be signed for upon delivery.
We are also able to ship overseas using an Air Freight service, please contact us by if you would like your item shipped abroad.

5: How quickly will i receive my PC?
A: We are currently working on an approximate 5 working day turn around time once we have received cleared payment. We like to ensure that the system is tested for at least 24 hours to ensure that all of the components are working correctly.
What we also do here at Viper Gaming is install any of the latest Graphics Card Drivers, Motherboard Drivers, BIOS Versions… this way we can promise that your PC System will be performing to the best of its ability.

6: I have found a PC cheaper from somewhere else?
A: No doubt you will be able to find cheaper PC Systems available on the internet, but these systems are cheaper for a reason – they will be using much cheaper components that will be much more unreliable and have a massive reduction in the performance of the PC System. You will notice a lot of the companies on the Internet will not actually tell you the make and model of the part which they are using. This is because they are trying to hide it from you as it is a cheap component. You will notice that we list each and every component along with manufacture and product specification to ensure that you know you are receiving the highest quality components.
We do however offer very good value for money on the components & computers that we sell. If you do by chance come across a component / computer with a similar specification then we will do our best to beat this quote.

7: How do you test your machines?
A: Once the PC has been built & all of the drivers are up todate we then take the time to test the system. First of all we run a PRIME95 test to ensure the stability of the system – this is a well renowned PC Stress Test which is used the world over by PC enthusiasts and overclockers which test the key components within the computer system. When we are happy with the results of this test we move over to the 3DMark test which determines the performance of the PC’s 3D Graphic rendering & CPU processing capabilities. If needs be tweaks are carried out so you get the very best performance and stability out of your system. We like to keep the systems on test for 24 hours to give you and us the peace of mind that the system is performing to the best of its abilities.
